重建学校文化,促进内涵发展——上海师范大学附属高桥实验中学委托管理的思考与实践

摘要 作为教育均衡实践的一种模式,“委托管理”的价值不仅在于课程与师资的引进,更在于促进学校文化的创生与重建。由上海师范大学附属中学委托管理的原浦东新区高桥西校的实践证明:“委托管理”尽管有很多方法与途径,但致力于改进薄弱学校的课程结构,促进教育教学理念的更新,提升教师队伍的实践能力,既是教育活动的永恒主题,也是委托管理的基本内容。而这些正是学校内涵发展与学校文化创生的基础。 As a valuable way of promoting balanced education development, entrusted management can not only bring in new courses and teaching expertise, but also facilitate the reinvention of school culture. As shown by the case where the former Pud- ong New District Gaoqiao West School is placed under the entrusted management of High School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal U- niversity, successful entrusted management, in spite of diversified practices, relies essentially on improving the curriculum de- sign, education concepts and teaching capacity, which in its turn serves as the basis for the organic growth and cultural reinven- tion of the school.
