摘要
为了提高高校英语教师教学质量,对教师进行教学评估是不可或缺的环节。本文引入了OWGA(有序加权几何平均)算子的决策方法,并结合高校英语教师课堂教学的各方面内容,着重从学生评价的角度,从多个方面列出了评价指标,形成了定量评价高校英语教师教学质量的综合评价体系,结果表明该体系更直观、合理、有效。
In order to improve university English teachers' teaching quality, the teaching quality evaluation is indispensable. This article carries out a comprehensive quality evaluation by introducing the OWGA method and unifying various aspects of university English teachers' work. From the students' angle, it has emphatically listed the evaluation indicators from many aspects and formed a quantitative evaluation system. It proves that the appraisal result is more reasonable and reliable.
