摘要
目的:探究seldinger技术经相应改良后能否安全有效地应用于犬股动脉的动脉鞘管置入。方法:30只犬随机分成两组,试验组(n=15)应用改良seldinger技术进行右侧股动脉鞘置入,对照组(n=15)采用股动脉切开法行动脉鞘置管,比较两组右股动脉穿刺成功率、置管时间、出血量和血肿发生率。结果:右股动脉穿刺成功率两组无显著差异(试验组100%vs对照组93.3%),置管时间和出血量试验组显著低于对照组(1.971.06分钟vs7.302.35分钟,7.474.89mlvs20.13.9ml),试验组两例发生小血肿,对照组无血肿发生。结论:改良seldinger技术可安全简便地应用于犬股动脉鞘的置入。
Objective:To approach the feasibility of sheath insertion into canine femoral artery with modified seldinger technique.Methods:A total of thirty dogs were randomly divided into the test group (insertion sheath with modified seldinger technique, n=15) or the control group(insertion sheath with arteriotomy, n=15).success rate of sheath insertion, insertion time, bleeding volume and incidence rate of hematoma were measured.Results:There was no significant difference in success rate of sheath insertion and incidence rate of hematoma between the test group and the control group(100% vs 93.3% and 13.2% vs 0, respectively).Insertion time and bleeding volume of the test group were significantly less than the control group(1.97 1.06 min vs 7.30 2.35 min and 7.47 4.89ml vs 20.1 3.9ml, respectively).Conclusion:Insertion of sheath into canine femoral artery with modified seldinger technique is convenient and safety.
