高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒79例

Hyperbaric oxygen for carbon monoxide poisoning:Analysis of 79 cases

目的:探讨一氧化碳中毒后高压氧(HBO)综合治疗的临床效果。方法:对79例一氧化碳中毒患者应用高压氧治疗后的临床效果进行分析。结果:痊愈65例(82%),有效9例(11%),死亡2例(3%),发生迟发性脑病3例(4%),其中1例在治疗17次后中毒症状基本控制,但放弃治疗1周后复发。结论:HBO在一氧化碳中毒治疗中具有突出疗效,HBO治疗患者治愈率高,清醒快,病死率低,并发症少。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effects of the hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods：We used hyperbaric oxygen to treat 79 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning and analysed clinical therapeutic effect.Results：All of the patients,there are healing 65 patients（82%）, effectiveness 9 patients （11%）,death 2 patients,happending Delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning 3 patients （4%）, and 1 patient＇s toxic symptom nearly controled after 17 treatment,but recurrence after giveing up cure 1 week.Conclusions：The hyperbaric oxygen have a outstanding effect in carbon monoxide poisoned the patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment recovery rate are higher,recover consciousness quickly,fatality rate lower,complications fewer.
