石菖蒲去挥发油水提液的LC-MS分析 被引量:6

LC-MS Analysis of the Components of Water Extraction in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii Removing Volatile Oil

摘要 目的:用液质联用色谱法(LC-MS)分析石菖蒲去挥发油水提液的成分。方法:在Meth:H2O(5:95),pH10(氨水调),流速400μL/min,柱温室温(24℃)的条件下进行全扫描,根据文献选择一些已知化合物做选择离子监测(SIM),并对从选择离子监测结果中选出数个信号相对较强的可能化合物作二级质谱全扫描。结果:LC-MS共监测到9个已知化合物:4,5,8-trimethoxy-xan-thone-2-o-β-D-gluco-pyranosy(1→2)-o-β-D-gdactopyranoside(Ⅰ)、3β,22α,24,29-tetrahydroxyole-12-en-3-o{--β-D-arabinosy-(1→3)}-β-D-arabinopyranoside(Ⅱ)、Luteolin-6,8-C-diglucoside(Ⅲ)、1β,2α,3β,19α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid-28-o{--β-glu-copyranosil(1→2)}-β-glactopyranoside(Ⅳ)、菖蒲碱乙(Ⅴ)、高良姜素(Ⅵ)、细辛醛(Ⅶ)、1,2-dimethoxy-4-(E-3'-methyloxiranyl)benzene(Ⅷ)、菖蒲碱甲(Ⅸ)。结论:石菖蒲去油水提液9个成分中,可能包含有治疗癫痫的有效成分。 Objective:To analyze the components of waterextraction in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii removing volatile oil by Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).Methods:A full-scan was done under the conditions including Meth:H2O (5:95), pH10 (ammonia adjust), 400 μL/min of the flow rate, column temperature and room temperature (24 ℃).In accordance with literatures, some of the known compounds were chosen to do a selected ion monitoring (SIM).From the results of the selected ion monitoring, a number of possible compounds with more intense signal were earmarked for two full-scan MS.Results:There were nine known compounds in water extraction of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii removing volatile oil by LC-MS Monitoring:4,5,8-trimethoxy-xanthone-2-o-β-D-gluco-pyranosy (1→2)-o-β-D-gdactopyranoside (Ⅰ)3β,22α,24,29-tetrahydroxyole-12-en-3-o-{-β-D-arabinosy-(1→3)-β-D-arabinopyranoside(Ⅱ)Luteolin-6,8-C-diglucoside(Ⅲ)、1β,2α,3β,19α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid-28-o-{-β-glucopy-ranosil(1→2)}-β-glactopyranoside(Ⅳ), tatarine B (Ⅴ), galangin(Ⅵ), asaryladehyde(Ⅶ), 1,2-dimethoxy-4-(E-3'-methyloxiranyl)benzene (Ⅷ) and tatarine A (Ⅸ).Conclusions:In the nine components of water extraction in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii removing volatile oil, it might contain the effective constituent forepilepsy treatment.
