超氧化物歧化酶与氧化应激相关内耳疾病的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)作为细胞内氧自由基清除剂,能将O2-,催化生成O2和H2O2;与氧化应激相关的内耳疾病密切相关,对氧化应激引起的内耳毛细胞及听觉神经元损伤具有保护作用。本文从SOD的基因结构、一般理化特性、在内耳氧化损伤的作用、作为内耳基因治疗策略的应用前景进行综述。 Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a known oxygen free radical scavenging agent,and catalyzes the dismutation of superoxide anion radical to molecular oxgen and hydrogen peroxide; SOD has been shown to be closely connected to oxidative stress-related inner ear disease, and has protective effects on the inner ear hair cells and auditory neurons damage caused by oxidative stress.This paperre viewed the gene structure, general physical and chemical properties ,and the role of oxidative damage in inner ear of SOD, especially highlight the potential application prospects and future development trends of SOD as a gene therapeutic strategy of innerear disease.
