沙田柚果皮精油的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 沙田柚是我国柚类中独树一帜的优良品种。本文采用溶剂萃取法提取沙田柚果皮的精油,并经气相色谱和质谱联机分析,鉴定出15种主要的挥发性物质,其主要成分为D-柠檬烯(78.94%)。
