摘要
美国大学将战略规划与质量保障活动相结合,通过外部认证和校内自评完成对学校发展战略规划的评估。为了使这三者有机结合,提高大学教育的有效性,美国大学采取了加强组织机构建设和完善其运行机制两方面的举措。我国高校也可采取多种方式,因校制宜,探索战略规划评估与院校质量保障相结合的路径与模式。
Institutional accreditation and self-study are used as the major methods to assess the effectiveness of strategic planning in American universities. In order to realize the perfect combination of strategic planning assessment and quality assurance activities, such as institutional accreditation and self-study, American put emphasis on organizational reconstruction and mechanism. Universities in China can also find their ways to combine the assessment of strategic planning and the quality assurance through independent exploration.
