摘要
美国博士点质量评估的源起和发展(1925-2007)的四个历史阶段显示,美国博士点评估方法演变过程是从完全主观的声望评估法逐渐向客观指标评估法演变,客观化指标内容逐步丰富,形成当前更为全面系统的评估体系。
The origin and history of the development of Quality Assessment of Doctor Program from 1925 to 2007 is divided into four historical phrases. Based on the analysis of a series of events of Doctor Program Assessment, we argue that the reputation ranking was a completely subjective method from the beginning of Doctor Program assessment; meanwhile the objective items for assessment were gradually designed and involved into the assessment events within the years passing by. These two methods made up each own advantages and disadvantages, and developed into this systematical assessment methods for American Doctor Program nowadays.
