内蒙古部分地区乙肝病毒基因型分布特点研究

A study of the distribution of Hepatitis B genetype in some cities in Inner Mongolia

目的研究内蒙古部分地区HBV基因型的分布特点,为推测内蒙古地区乙肝的流行趋势提供数据资料。方法对内蒙古地区46份乙肝大三阳血样进行HBVDNA提取,之后用PCR法扩增HBV DNA的S基因片段,再对PCR体系进行基因测序,之后基因分型。结果B型1例(2.17%),C型43例(93.48%),D型2例(4.35%)。结论我区HBV DNA基因型分布以C型为主。

Objective To understand the distribution of Hepatitis B genetype in Inner Mongolia,then provide data for speculate the infectious trend of viral Hepatitis B in Inner Mongolia.Methods We extracted HBV DNA from 46 shares of HBsAg、anti-HBs and HBcAb positive serum,then copyed S-part of HBV DNA by PCR test kit,and genotyped the product of PCR according to the gene of HBV S-part.Result 1 sample was the genotype B,2 samples were genotype D,43 samples were genetype C.The prevalence of genetypes B was 2.17%,genotype C was 93.48%,and that of genotype D was 4.35%.Conclusion The major genotype of HBV DNA in Inner Mongolia was genotype C.
