一起由两种条件致病菌混合污染所致食物中毒调查分析

摘要 目的分析食物中毒病因,为更好地处理食物中毒提供经验。方法根据患者临床症状、流行病学调查资料及实验室检验结果综合分析。结果流行病学个案调查患者12人,从患者肛拭样、从业人员肛拭样、患者剩余卤菜、作坊剩余卤菜以及刀板、女从业人员手中均分别检出阴沟肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌。结论该事件为从业人员带菌污染卤菜引起的一起混合型细菌性食物中毒,致病因子除阴沟肠杆菌外,存在奇异变形杆菌肠毒素所致的可能。 Objective The study was conducted to identify the cause of the food poisoning and provide evidence for prevention and control of similar incidents in the future.Methods The analysis of food poisoning was based on clinical symptoms,epidemiological investigation,and laboratory testing results.Results Enterobacter cloacae and proteus mirabilis were detected in the anal swab samples of 12 patients and employees,remainder sauced meat products,kitchen knife,cutting board and female workers' hands.Conclusion This incident was a mixed bacterial food poisoning beacause the sauced meat products were polluted by employees.Except the drain enterbacteriaceae,pathogenic factor may also be proteus mirabilis toxin.
