摘要
目的通过对住院肺结核病人构成的分析,为防治结核病提供参考。方法调查内蒙古第四医院近4年住院肺结核病例构成比,并进行描述性流行病学分析。结果3 352例病例来自全区12盟市;青壮年患者比例较大;男性2 061例,女性1 291例,两性别构成差异显著(x^2=67.99;P<0.05);民族构成无差异(P>0.05);痰检阳性率为54.51%。结论住院结核病例构成分析对制定结核病防控策略、加强健康教育、增加服务机率、开展新诊断技术及新抗结核药物的研究为迎接结核病控制的创新时代具有重要意义。
Objective Analysis of composition of tuberculosis patients hospitalized for TB reference.Methods To investigate the Fourth Hospital of Inner Mongolia,hospitalized cases of tuberculosis for nearly 4 years constituent ratio,and descriptive epidemiology.Results 3352 cases of patients from the region of 12 Union City;larger proportion of young patients;men and 2061 cases,1291 cases of women,the gender composition of the two significantly different（x^2=67.99 P0.05）;ethnic composition of the no difference（P0.05）;smear positive rate was 54.51 percent.Conclusion Analysis of hospital constitutes the formulation of TB cases in TB prevention and control strategy to improve health education,increase the risk of services,developing new diagnostic techniques and new TB drug research to meet the new era of TB control is important.
