综合治疗跟痛症的临床观察

Clinical observation on combined treatment of painful heel syndrome

目的综合治疗跟痛症的临床疗效观察。方法将99例患者随机分为:综合治疗组(33例),针灸治疗组(33例),穴位注射治疗组(33例)。3组患者均用陈醋熏蒸患足,针灸治疗组:主穴悬钟、太溪、然谷、阿是穴。穴位注射治疗组:太溪穴位注射。综合治疗组:穴位注射加针灸治疗加陈醋熏蒸。结果综合治疗组、针灸治疗组、穴位注射治疗组三组总有效率分别为93.9%、72.7%、69.7%,综合治疗组明显优于针灸治疗组、穴位注射治疗组(P<0.01)。结论综合治疗跟痛症疗效显著而持久。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of painful heel syndrome. Methods Ninty-nine cases were randomly divided into a combined treatment group（ 33 cases） ,an acupuncture group（ 33 cases） ,a point injection group（ 33 cases） . The patients in three groups were treated with mature vinegar steaming and washing on the affected foot,and the acupuncture group was also treated with acupuncture on points as Xuanzhong,Taixi,Rangu and Ashi,and the point injection group was treated the injection on the Taixi point,and the combined group was treated with acupuncture on points,combined with injection on the Taixi point. Visual analogue scale（ VAS） and clinical effect of three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of 93. 9% in the combined treatment group was superio to that of 72. 7% in the acupuncture group（ P 0. 05） and that of 69. 7% in the point injection group（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Acupuncture combined with point injection and mature vinegar steaming and washing therapy have significant and persistent therapeutic effect for treatment of painful heel syndrome.
