腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床对照观察

The clinical treatment on ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic surgery and traditional laparotomy

目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的效果,以积累临床经验,指导临床工作。方法收集我院250例异位妊娠需手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组(125例)与对照组(125例),观察组应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组应用传统手术进行治疗,比较术前焦虑评分的差异及术中、术后相关因素的差异。结果观察组患者术前焦虑评分明显低于对照组,观察组患者手术中出血量明显减少,术后发热率明显降低,术后下床时间短,住院时间短。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠效果理想,患者术前负性情绪轻,术中出血少,术后恢复快,临床可以积极应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect by laparoscopic surgery on patients with ectopic pregnancy,for directing clinical work. Methods 250 cases with ectopic pregnancy were divided into the observation group（ 125 cases） and the the control group（ 125 cases） . The treatment of observation group applied laparoscopic surgery. The control group applied traditional laparotomy. The related indexes were analyzed in perioperative period. Results The anxiety scores of preoperation were lower in the observation group. The blood loss during operation was less in the observation group. The fever ratio after operation was lower in the observation group. The time of leaving bed after operation was shorter in the observation group. The hospital stay was shorter in the observation group. Conclusion The treatment effect of laparoscopic surgery can improve the negative emotion,increase therapeutic effect,be worthy to extend in clinical work.
