摘要 RANKL/RANK/OPG系统是近年来发现的破骨细胞分化过程中的一个重要信号传导通路,是成骨细胞作用于破骨细胞的重要途径。细胞因子与RANKL/RANK/OPG系统关系密切,瘦素通过免疫系统影响细胞因子的分泌进而影响RANKL/RANK/OPG系统的平衡,抑制破骨细胞分化,起到抑制破骨细胞的生成、抑制骨吸收的作用。 RANKL/RANK/OPG system is one of the important signal transduction pathways which isdiscovered in resent years. It is the main way that osteoblast act on osteoclast. Cytokins has a close relationshipwith RANKL/RANK/OPG system. Leptin through the immune system affecting the secretion of cytokines affectthe balance of RANKL / RANK / OPG system. It can inhibit osteoclasts differentiation and the osteoclasts formation and play a role in the inhibition of bone absorption.
