目的总结数字化转播系统在手术室的具体应用与管理经验,为科学合理的搭建数字化手术室提供设计方案。方法采用一体化的管理理念,针对设备必须具备兼容性和扩展性的特点进行设备选型。结果系统依托已有的网络环境,可实现点对多点的网络传输需求。结论数字化手术室的应用,实现了手术监管,增强了手术的安全性,并且提高了医生手术效率,还可以在手术的同时,实现网络教学、手术直播、远程会诊、医学交流、医学信息数据库建立等。

Objective To summarize concrete application and management experience of operation room digital broadcasting system. Methods The instruments selection that had extensive and expandable characteristic was carried out by the management concept of integration.ResultsConclusion Operation guard was realized by the establishment of digital operation room. It was available to advance operation efficiency, help expert in telediagnosis and telebroadcast and create medical information database.
