浅析发展中的学科馆员制度——兼论图书馆人才危机

Analysis on the Subject Librarian System in the Development——Discussion on the Talent Crisis in the Library

结合我国高校图书馆目前的人力资源状况,并借鉴西方国家经验,阐述了学科馆员制度是一个不断发展完善的过程,指出人才建设是学科馆员制度发展的制约因素。

Connecting with the current human resource situation in China’s university libraries and using the experiences of western countries for reference,this paper expounds that the subject librarian system is still under the process of development and perfection,and points out that the talent construction is the restrictive factor for the development of subject librarian system.
