摘要 近年来,受社会转型期各种价值冲突多发,传统文化式微的影响,教师受欺侮的现象时常可见,于情不通,于法不容。受欺侮的教师合法权益保障成为一个值得研究的“真”问题。解读、分析其背景中的价值困境和权益保障之难,力促教师被欺侮现象的消解,是保障教育水准乃至人的生命健康等合法权益的应有之义。 In recent years, because of many value conflict in the social transition period, and the traditional culture declines the influence, the phenomenon about teachers' being bullies often obviously, does not pass sentiment, and does not aceommodated by law. the teachers' safeguarded of legitimate rights and interests worth studying "really". Analyzes the value predicament and difficult in rights and interests safeguard in its background, encourages the resolution about this phenomenon , safeguards the education standard and even person's life and health and so on legitimate rights and interests should have righteousness.
