Virtual Reality Technology and Multimedia Computer Aid Instruction

以多媒体CAI为代表的现代教育技术即将成为深化教育教学改革的核心，而虚拟现实技术的出现又将进一步把多媒体CAI的发展推向一个新的高度。本文在阐述了虚拟现实技术及其基本构成与特征和分析了多媒体CAI与虚拟现实技术的关系、虚拟现实技术的发展现状及前景后提出，虚拟现实技术是多媒体CAI的发展方向。

The modern education technology which deputize multimedia computer aid instruction (MCAI) will become the core of deepening education reform.The emergence of virtual reality technology will put the development of MCAI to a new altitude. After elaborating virtual reality technology, its basic components,features and analyzing the relation between MCAI and VR technology,the VR's current development state and its prospects, this paper puts forward that VR technology is direction for MCAI's development.Keywoeds: Virtual Reality; Multimedia; Computer Aid Instruction
