我国管理类教学案例撰写的现状分析——首届“百篇优秀教学案例评选”活动综述

Analysis of the Current Situation of Management Cases Writing in China——Summary of the First "100 Outstanding Teaching Case Award"

为了鼓励中国企业管理案例的开发,进一步推动工商管理学科案例教学与研究的发展,全国MBA教育指导委员会举办了"百篇优秀教学案例评选"活动。本文首先对活动的投稿、评选、入选情况进行概述,并对稿件内容、学科覆盖情况及在各院校间的分布情况进行统计分析与总体评价;然后结合2009年12月"MBA培养院校案例资源建设与使用情况调查问卷"的调查结果,探寻各院校案例资源建设情况与管理类教学案例撰写现状之间的联系。最后,通过对本次活动的总结提出了一些认识、问题和建议。

China National MBA Education Supervisor Committee has founded ＂100 Outstanding Teaching Case Award＂ for encouraging the development of Chinese business management cases and further improving business administration case study and teaching. This paper introduces the number of submission, selection courses, selected eases, overall evaluates the manuscript contents and statistics how the selected cases distributes among the colleges and subjects. Then, combined with the investigate result of ＂Case Resources and Use in MBA Colleges Questionnaires＂, this paper tries to explore the relationship between case resources and management cases writing in MBA colleges. Finally, some understandings, problems and proposals are proposed through the summary of activity.
