基于虚拟孵化网络的高技术产业集成化研究——以大连电子信息产业为例

Research on High-tech Industrial Integration Based on Virtual Incubation Network——The Case of Electronic Information Industry in Dalian

本文基于文献研究,构建了以虚拟孵化网络为核心的新钻石模型,探讨基于虚拟孵化网络的高技术产业集成的形成机理与动力机制。在此基础上,从新钻石模型的五个因子分析大连电子信息产业的集成状况,研究发现大连电子信息产业已经具备产业集成雏形,然而也存在着产业网络互惠性已不足而影响"知识吸收与创新能力"因子的问题,最后提出了政策建议。

A new diamond model with the virtual incubation network as the core is proposed based on literature review. Forming mechanism and dynamic mechanism of high-tech industrial integration based on virtual incubation network is then discussed. From the five dimensions of the new diamond model, industrial integration level of electronic information industry in Dalian is analyzed. It is found that industrial integration of electronic information industry in Dalian has already been in embryo, however, the shortage of industrial network reciprocity affects the core factor-knowledge assimilation and innovation capacity. Policy recommendations are proposed based on the findings.
