摘要
综述了AlCrN涂层、以AlCrN为基的多元涂层和纳米技术涂层的研究现状,侧重描述了其结构、热稳定性、抗腐蚀性和机械加工性能,并重点介绍了Al在涂层中的作用及影响。研究表明:在AlCrN涂层中添加某些合金元素可进一步提高其综合性能;应用纳米技术形成的纳米多层结构和纳米复合结构也能促进AlCrN涂层性能的提高。对AlCrN涂层进行多元化以及纳米技术的应用是该涂层材料今后的发展方向。
The general developments of AlCrN coating, AlCrN based multi-element and nano-technology coating are summarized. The microstructure, thermal stability, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coating materials are described and the effects of AI element is paid particular attention to. The results show that adding some alloying elements into AICrN coating materials can improve the overall properties. The application of nano-technology can lead to the nanomultilayer and nanocomposite structures in AlCrN based materials, which can also enhance the comprehensive properties. The effect and application of multi-element and nano-technology are the development direction of AlCrN coating materials in the future.
