Formation and Evolution of Skin-core Structure of PAN-based Carbon Fibers

皮芯结构是一种缺陷结构,存在于从PAN初生纤维到碳纤维的各个阶段,严重影响了最终碳纤维的力学性能。综述了PAN基碳纤维皮芯结构的研究进展,探讨了皮芯结构形成与演变的机理,结合自己的研究结果评述了工艺条件对皮芯结构形成与演变的影响,以期为减弱甚至消除皮芯结构提供理论指导。

Skin-core structure as a kind of defect structure exists at every stagefromPANnascent fiber to car bon fiber, which affects the mechanical properties of final carbon fiber. The research progress of skimcore structure of PAN-based carbon fibers is reviewed. The mechanism of skin-core structure formation and evolution is discussed, and the influence of technological conditions to skin-core structure formation and evolution is commented combining my own research results. The goal is to provide theoretical guidance for weakening even eliminating skin-core structure.
