Selection of the Technological Innovation Direction of Chinese New Material Industry

介绍了作为技术创新选择依据的诱导创新理论,提出了技术进步与专项规划相衔接、要素禀赋与市场需求相结合、重点突破与产业配套相适应、自主创新与引进消化吸收再创新相结合的我国新材料产业技术创新方向选择原则,并从总体趋势变化、要素禀赋变化、市场需求变化、政府政策要求等方面深入探讨了我国新材料产业技术创新方向的选择策略问题,最后指出了实现新材料产业技术创新方向选择的相关措施。

Induced invention theory as selected on the basis of the technological innovation is introduced. Selecting principles such as the integration of technological innovation and special planning, combining factor endowment with market demand, the breakthrough adapted to industrial matching measures, combining independent innovation with acquisition absorption and re-innovation of the technological innovation direction of Chinese new material industry are proposed. Selecting strategy problems of the technological innovation direction of Chinese new material industry are also studied in depth based on the change such as the overall trend, factor endowment, market demand, and government policy requires. Relevant measures for realized selecting of the technological innovation direction of Chinese new material industry are also raised.
