摘要
阐述了表征磁畴结构的重要意义,介绍了目前常用的10余种铁磁畴观察方法的工作原理、分辨率和它们的优缺点,并列出了这些磁畴表征技术的一些典型实验结果。较为详细地介绍了本课题组自主研发的扫描电声显微镜的发展简史、系统总体结构及其在磁畴观察方面的应用。
The importance of magnetic domain characterization is introduced. Some methods of observing magnetic are narrated, including working principles, spatial resolutions, advantages and disadvantages. Related typical experimental results are listed. Especially, the development, the system framework and the application in observing magnetic domain of scanning electron acoustic microscopy are introduced.
