摘要
"市场准入贸易措施"不仅是WTO体制下影响贸易自由化进程的重要因素,也是"与投资有关的贸易措施"中一种最为广泛的存在形式。本文特别选取"与投资有关的市场准入贸易措施"作为对象,剖析其对国际投资产生的深刻影响,研究对其进行规范调整的对策,从而为国际投资实体规范的构建及我国相关法律制度的完善提出建议。
The＂ Investment -related market - admittance trading measures＂ are not only important elements affecting process of trade liberalization under the WTO system, but also the widest of all the existing ＂investment - related trading measures＂. This article points ＂Investment - related market - admittance trading measures＂ as objects to analyse their far- reaching influence on the international investment, and to explore for the counter measures to have them adjusted to conform to the norm, so as to make suggestions about the normalization of international investment entity and the perfection of China＇ s related laws.
