摘要
提出一种基于故障分量中的高频分量的故障选相新原理。该原理利用电压故障分量中的高频成分 ,提取三相电压以不同相为基准的模变换的频域特征 ,利用模糊集合对该特征进行处理以实现故障选相。该原理具有类似行波保护的超高速的特点 ,但选相并不仅限于利用行波波头的特征 ,且不受过渡电阻和故障初始角的影响 ,对于振荡中发生的故障也能可靠地选出故障相 ,具有较强的鲁棒性。用 EMTP对某典型 50 0 k V线路的各种故障进行了仿真 。
This paper presents a novel technique for fault phase selection in the EHV power system based on transientprotection theory and fuzzy sets. A high frequency coupling circuit unit is utilized to obtain the fault-generated high frequencyvoltage transient component. Then the high frequency voltage transient component is used to select the fault phase infrequency domain through modular transforms based on fuzzy sets. The scheme is insensitive to fault resistance, faultinceptive angle and power swing. Studies show that the proposed scheme is able to offer a high accuracy fault phase selectionvery fast in the EHV power system. All the conclusions are verified by the EMTP.
