摘要
阐述了瞬时值与故障分量瞬时值相结合的分相电流差动原理和以 GPS时钟同步法为主、数值修正法为辅的自适应同步调整法 ,提出了一种根据电力系统及通信设备的运行情况和故障状态变化而实时改变保护同步原理、制动特性、通信方式的自适应分相电流差动保护。仿真试验结果令人满意 ,目前正在进行样机试制。
The dispersed phase current differential principle combining instantaneous value with fault componentinstantaneous value is illustrated. The adaptive synchro-adjusting method that adopts GPS clock synchronization as main wayand value correction as auxiliary way is described. The adaptive dispersed phase current differential protection proposed inthis paper changes in time the synchronization principle of protection, restraint characteristic and communication modeaccording to the operation and fault of power system and communication equipment. The simulation test result is satisfactoryand the sample machine is in trial-production.
