摘要
中国的崛起不仅是关乎国家权势的问题,也是关乎国家外交战略的问题。如何在现有的霸权体系中拓展外交资源,营造有利国际环境,是国家崛起过程中必须考虑的重要问题。"霸权支点结构"是霸权实行对整个体系控制的重要凭借。通过对此结构的分析,作者认为,尽管我国永不称霸,但从支点结构出发,可以增强中国外交的广度与深度,有效减缓美国霸权的敌对态势。
The rising of China is not only concerned with the problem of power and influence but with the problem of diplomatic strategy as well. How to develop diplomatic resources in the current hegemonical system and construct sound international environment.9 These are problems of major importance required to be considered in the rising process of a state. This paper considers that the structure of hegemony capability - supplying is a critical reliance for a state to achieve hegemony over the whole structure. By analyzing this system, the author thinks that China as it is does not claim to lord over other states, but starting from the hegemonical fulcrum structure,we may widen and deepen China＇ s diplomacy and effectively moderate US hostile posture.
