后金融危机时期中国能源外交战略构建

随着能源对于国民经济和国家安全的战略意义不断提升,能源外交成为我国外交工作的中心议题。本文分析了中国能源外交在能源多元化、机制化、新合作模式和新能源等领域的重要进展。后金融危机时期,我国能源外交面临着来自能源安全、国际能源新秩序、气候和新能源等诸方面的挑战。面对新的挑战,本文从能源规划、能源金融秩序、协调机制、合作机制和新能源外交等五个方面,探讨后金融危机时期构建能源外交战略的途径和方向。

With the mounting significance of energy in the national economy and national security, energy diplomacy becomes the major content of China＇ s diplomacy activities. This paper analyzes the significant development of energy diplomacy in the fields of energy diversification, energy cooperation mechanism, new cooperation mode and new energy. In the post - financial crisis era, China＇ s energy diplomacy is facing the challenge from energy security, new international energy order, climate change and new energy. Facing new challenges, this paper tries to probe into the way and orientation of constructing energy diplomacy strategy in the post - financial crisis, in the light of energy planning, energy finance order, coordination mechanism, international cooperation mechanism and new energy diplomacy.
