摘要
目的:通过检测大鼠下颌前伸后咀嚼肌中Ⅳ型胶原的表达水平的改变,研究颌骨矫形过程中咀嚼肌适应性变化及其规律,并初步探讨其适应性变化机制,为矫形治疗提供新的理论依据。方法:选用40只4周龄雄性Sprague—Dawley(SD)大鼠为实验对象,用自制的功能矫治器斜导导下颌向前。采用RT-PCR法对Ⅳ型胶原mRNA进行测定。结果:实验组Ⅳ型胶原的表达随着时间的变化出现先增加后减少再增加的表现,实验组Ⅳ型胶原的表达较实验组整体减少。结论:Ⅳ型胶原介导了组织重构过程,为MMPs、TIMPs的平衡理论提供了新的依据,即MMPs/TIMPs处于一个平衡-改变-平衡这样一个动态的平衡当中。
