无糖型灯盏花颗粒的主要药效学试验研究

摘要 目的:观察无糖型灯盏花颗粒的主要药效学作用。方法:采用常压耐缺氧、NaNO2中毒缺氧、毛细管凝血、FeCl3诱导的大鼠颈总动脉血栓等方法观察灯盏花颗粒的抗凝、溶栓、耐缺氧等药效作用。结果:灯盏花颗粒能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间,能明显延长亚硝酸盐中毒缺氧小鼠的存活时间,能明显延长小鼠拿血的凝血时间,能明显抑制血栓形成。结论:灯盏花颗粒具有明显的活血化淤和抑制血栓形成的作用: Objective To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Erigeron breviscapus pellets. Methods The pharmacodynamic effects were observed, such as anti-hypoxia, anti-clotting and anti-thrombosis, through hearing hypoxia at normal pressure, NaNO2 poisoning hypoxia, capillary clotting, and FeCl3-induced carotid thrombosis. Results Erigeron breviscapus pellets can significantly prolong the survival time of mice with hypoxia at normal pressure and NaNO2 poisoning, can significantly prolong whole blood clotting time, can significantly inhibit thrombosis. Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus pellets has significantly anti-clotting effect and can significantly inhibit thrombosis
