摘要 目的:结合自身临床实践经验,探讨糖尿病病人的饮食治疗及护理体会。方法:选取我院105例住院治疗的糖尿病患者为研究对象,对其进行饮食治疗(包括:控制总热量摄入,均衡供给营养,科学安排饮食时间和高纤维、低盐膳食)和护理管理(包括规范指导,耐心劝导和细心关照),观察比较疗效。结果:在本研究中,105病例患者人院后接受药物治疗,其中97例都能积极配合饮食治疗,病情得到有效控制。8例患者不配合饮食治疗,病情一直不能稳定控制。结论:除了药物治疗治疗糖尿病外,饮食治疗是不可偏废的治疗手段。要在开展药物治疗的同时,积极推行饮食治疗,才能有效地控制糖尿病。 Objective: To combine their clinical experience, the treatment of diabetic patients in diet and nursing. Methods: 105 cases hospitalized in our hospital with diabetes for the stndy, their dietary treatment (including: controlling total calorie intake, balanced supply of nutrients, scientifically arranging the time and high-fiber diet, low salt meals) and care management ( including the standard guidance, patience, persuasion and careful care), ohserve and compare the efficacy. Results: In this study, 105 patients were admitted to hospital for medical treatment, including 97 patients treated with diet can be positive, the condition under control. 8 patients did not meet the dietary treatment, his condition has no stability control. Conclusion: In addition to drug therapy treatment of diabetes, the diet therapy is indispensable to the treatment. To carry out medical treatment, while actively promoting diet therapy, to effectively control diabetes.
