摘要
目的分析综合治疗牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法对63例牙周炎患者采用超声波龈上洁治龈下刮治术，术后采用中西医结合治疗。结果治疗1周后，牙周袋深度减少，症状缓解，其中显效51例（80．9％），有效11例（17．4％），无效1例（1．6％）。结论牙周疾病是发生在牙齿周围支持组织的慢性进行性破坏性疾病，由于病因复杂被认为是难治之症。综合治疗牙周病效果良好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective Comprehensive analysis of the clinical effect of treatment of patients with periodontitis .Methods 63 patients with periodontitis were treated by ultrasonic supragingival scaling suhgingival curettage and postoperative use of Integrative Medicine. Resuits 1 week after treatment, periodontal pocket depth reduction in symptoms, which markedly effective in 51 cases （80.9%）, effective in 11 cases （17.4%）, 1 patient （1.6%）. Conclusions Periodontal disease occu~ in the tooth supporting tissues around the destructive chronic progressive diseases, as causes of complex disease is considered intractable. Comprehensive treatment of periodontal effect and is worthy of clinical application.
