摘要
目的:快速查找引起食物中毒的原因,积极预防类似事件的再次发生。方法:根据临床表现、流行病学调查及实验室检测结果做出判断。结果:从剩余食物、病人肛拭及粪便中均检出福氏(Ⅱ)型志贺菌。结论:由实验室检测得知,该起事件是一起福氏志贺菌感染引起的细菌性中毒事件。
Objective: To quickly find the causes of food poisoning caused by active prevention of similar incidents happening again. Methods: clinical, epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results to make judgments. Results: From the remaining food, rectal swab and stool of patients were detected in Freund's ( Ⅱ )-type Shigella. Conclusion: The laboratory was informed that the incident was a Freund ( Ⅱ )-type Shigella infection caused by food poisoning.
