摘要
分析PLC对机电设备故障的诊断原理和它在故障诊断系统中的作用,利用PLC和计算机构成的诊断系统实现了故障诊断的智能化。充分利用机电设备控制系统中PLC的硬件资源,可简化诊断系统的硬件设计。
The principle of PLC diagnosis in the faults of mechtronical equipme nt and
the function in fault diagnosis system are analyzed. Intelligence diagnos is is performed by the
diagnosis system made up of PLC and computer. By fully u tilizing the PLC hardware resources in
the control system of mechtronical equipm ent, the hardware design of diagnosis system can be
simplified.
