新时期我国大学校长的职责分析

Analysis on responsibility of Chinese university president in new era

随着我国经济由计划经济向市场经济转变、高等教育从精英化向大众化、普及化的迈进，大学校长的管理事务日趋繁重复杂。分析大学校长繁忙的原因，通过比较，认为我国大学校长应该在制定大学发展规划、招聘人才、筹集资金三个方面履行职责。

With economy in our country changing from planned economy to market economy, and higher education striding forward in mass higher education or universal access, the management tasks of university president become more and more complicated. Analyzing the reason for business of university president, through comparing, the author concluded that university president should perform responsibility in three aspects： strategy programming, searching for excellent persons and fund raising.
