颅骶疗法治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效分析

A clinical efficacy analyss on treating chronic insomnia by Craniosacral Therapy

目的：观察颅骶疗法治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效及疗效特点.方法：42例慢性失眠患者接受颅骶疗法,每周2次,4周为一观察周期.观察临床疗效,并分析临床疗效与不同性别、不同年龄段、不同病程、不同病情、不同证型患者的关系.结果：42例慢性失眠患者的总有效率为88.10%.不同性别患者疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,不同年龄段、不同病程、不同病情、不同证型患者疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.01）.结论：颅骶疗法能够有效治疗慢性失眠症,较为适用于年轻、病程较短、轻、中度患者,以及虚证和肝气不舒患者.

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating chronic insomnia by Craniosacral Therapy. Method：Forty-two cases of chronic insomnia received treatment of Cramosacral Therapy, which was arranged 2 times a week and continued for 4 weeks. Then the clinical efficacy was observed and the relationships between the clinical efficacy and the gender,and age of the patients,the disease course,and disease severity and differentlation types were analyzed.Results：The clinical eefficacy rate of 42 patients was 88.10%. And there was not any difference between gender of the patients （P〉0.05）, while there were obvious differences among the patients of different ages, disease course,disease severity and differentiation types （P〈0.01 ,Conclusion ：Craniosacral Therapy has a good effect on treating chronic insomnia, with the better acting on younger patients, with shorter eoures,light and medium degrees ,and belonged to deficiency and liver stagnation types.
