随着社会经济的不断发展和医学的不断进步,医学模式已由单一＂生物医学模式＂向＂生物-心理-社会医学模式＂转变.除了为病人提供必需的诊疗技术服务之外,还要为病人提供精神、文化、情感服务,以满足病人的健康需求.然而,在物质生活日益丰富的今天,人文精神的缺失是不争的事实.在医院所见的灰色的建筑、单调的色彩、神秘的气氛、不断更新的诊疗技术和设备,导致医生花费更多的时间埋头于实验室,而不是在病床前与病人进行情感的交流.因此,在医学人文精神被现代科学技术的洪流冲涮下失去往日光彩的今天,如何培养适应时代的医学人文精神,是一个值得全社会思考的问题.临床实习是医学生正式接触病人的开始,对学生今后的工作能力及专业思想有重要影响.因此,在临床实习中加强人文精神的教育,对提高医学生的全面素质具有重要意义.
