目的：探讨我院引进了美国G5振动排痰机在ICU患者使用后排痰的临床效果观察与护理.方法：2010年1月-2010年5月对15例肺部感染痰液堵塞的患者应用美国G5振动排痰机治疗,并给予配合护理.结果：患者排痰治疗有效率为100%.结论： 使用振动排痰机刺激患者咳嗽加剧,与有效的体位结合,解决痰液积聚,避免人工手法由于力度不均匀时对患者产生的不舒服感,而提高了治疗效果.

Conclusion： Use vibration row of phlegm machine stimulation patient coughs intensifies, with the effective body posture union,the solution sputamentum agglomeration, avoids the artificial technique because dynamics non--uniform time has the uncomforta- ble feeling to the patient, but enhanced the treatment result.
