社区康复治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响

脑卒中的早期康复已被证明有良好的效果,但多数脑卒中患者自综合医院康复中心出院后,仍遗留不同程度的功能障碍,只能转至基层社区医院或回到家中.得不到进一步康复指导和治疗,对脑卒中患者功能障碍继续改善、生活质量更加提高造成不利影响.近期脑卒中社区康复的研究已经开始深入进行,并初步证明社区康复能够改善患者生活质量和认知功能.本研究采用前瞻性随机对照试验研究的方法对此方案进行评价.

Cannot obtain the further recovery to instruct and to treat, continues to the apoplexy patient function barrier to improve,the quality of life even more enhances has the adverse effect. The apoplexy community recovery research already will start to carry on thoroughly in the near future,and the preliminary proof community recovery could improve the patient quality of life and the cognition function, This research uses foresightedness stochastic check experiment research the method plan to carry on the appraisal regarding this.
