对腹部手术患者实施人性化护理的效果评价

目的：探讨对腹部手术患者实施人性化护理的效果.方法： 随机选择我科2009年1～12月对腹部手术患者60例作为实验组 选择2008年1～12月腹部手术患者60例作为对照组 对照组实施腹部手术常规护理,实验组实施心理、生理人性化护理.结果：通过人性化护理,60例实验组患者中感觉舒适52例、对护理质量满意55例高与对照组的45例、48例（P＜0.05） 实验组术后并发症（肺炎、压疮、泌尿系感染）2例低于对照组的8例（P＜0.05） 实验组住院时间（14.13±3.67）天短与对照组的（16.78±4.34）天（P＜0.05）.结论：对于腹部手术患者实施人性化护理,可以提高护理的满意度、减少术后并发症、缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用.

Objective： The discussion implements user friendly nursing to the abdomen surgery patient the effect. Methods：Chooses my branch in 2009 1~ in December to take the experimental group stochastically to the abdomen surgery patient 60 examples; Chooses in 2008 1~ in December abdomen surgery patient 60 examples to take the control group;The control group implements abdomen surgery convention nursing, the experimental group implementation psychology, physiological user friendly nursing. Results： Through user friendly nursing,in 60 example experimental group pa- tients felt the comfortable 52 examples,to nurse the quality to satisfy 55 examples high and control group＇s 45 examples,48 examples （P^0.05） ;Af- ter the experimental group technique the complication （pneumonia,pressure sore, uropoiesis are infection） 2 examples are lower than the control group 8 examples （P〈~0.05） ;Experimental group in hospital time （14.13：~c3.67） day short and control group＇s （16.78-I-4.34） day （P^0. 05）. Conclusion： Implements user friendly nursing regarding the abdomen surgery patient, after may enhance nursing the degree of satisfaction, the reduced technique the complication,the reduction in hospital time,is worth the clinical promoted application.
