妇科护理中个体化健康教育的应用和效果评价

目的：探讨个体化健康教育在妇科护理中的作用.方法：选取2009年7月至2010年7月在我院进行妇科个体化健康教育患者89人作为实验组,同时另随机抽取未进行个体化健康教育85人作为对照组.并对这两组的护理效果进行评价分析.结果：①实验组和对照组的满意率为61.80%和36.47%,相比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.②89.89%（80例）的实验组患者认为个体化健康教育对康复的较为有效,其中37.08%（33例）的患者认为非常有效.③通过个体化健康教育,实验组的住院天数明显较短,存在显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：对妇科患者进行个体化健康教育,在减轻他们的压力和负担,提高护理效果,缩短的住院时间方面更有效果.

Objeetive： The discussion individuation health education nurses in the gynecology department the function. Finally：（DThe experimental group and control group＇s satisfaction rate is 6t. 80% and 36.47% ,compares has the significance difference （P〈0.05）. （2）89.89% （80 examples） the experimental group patients thought individuation health education to recovery more effective,in which 37.08% （33 examples） the patient thinks extremely effectively. （%）Through the indi- viduation health education,experimental group＇s in hospital number of days is obviously short, existence remarkable difference （P（0. 05）. Conclu- sion： Carries on the individuation health education to the gynecology department patients,is reducing their pressure and the burden, enhances the nursing effect, reduces in hospital time aspect has the effect.
