用＂三多一少＂方法带教实习护生

临床实习护生是她们走出校园,迈向神圣的＂白衣天使＂工作岗位的第一步,也是护生从学校走入临床和理论联系实际进行综合训练的一个非常重要的阶段,因此,带教老师的教学方法与经验对护生过渡到护士起着至关重要的作用.如何针对现代护生的特点,提高她们在临床工作中学习和解决问题的能力,使之理论与实践相结合,更好地运用所学的知识服务于人民,回报于社会.根据笔者在三十多年的临床护理工作经验和从事带教实习护生二十余年的体会,笔者认为传统的带教实习护生方法,大部分带教老师对实习护生的优点往往忽视,总是注意找缺点或不足,唠叨多、训斥多、指示多,这样极易挫伤护生的自信心、自尊心,其结果往往适得其反、事倍功半.在带教护理实习护生实践中,采用 ＂三多一少＂的带教方法,收到了事半功倍的效果,得到了同行和实习护生的肯定.

How aims at the modern age to protect the fresh characteristic, enhances them to study and to solve the question ability in the clinical work, causes it theory and the practice unifies,utilizes the knowledge which studies to serve well the people,repays in the society. And is engaged in the guidance and teaching practice according to the author at more than 30 year clinical nursing work experience to protect lives 20 remaining years of life the experi- ences,the author thought traditional the guidance and teaching practice protects lives the method, majority of guidance and teaching teacher protects the fresh merit to the practice often to neglect,always pays attention looks for the shortcoming or insufficient,talks incessantly many, reproves many, instructs many, is like this extremely easy to dampen protects the fresh self--confidence, the self--respect,its result often works i ust the opposite, the wasted effort. Protects in the guidance and teaching nursing practice lives in the practice, use ＂three manys and one insufficiency＂ the guidance and teaching method, has received the twice the result with half the effort effect, obtained the colleague and the practice protects the fresh affirmation.
