肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻手术治疗34例临床分析

目的：探讨肾孟输尿管连接部梗阻（UPJO）的手术治疗方法.方法：34例UPJO患者中23例行Anderson-Hynes离断肾盂成形术 11例行非离断肾盂成形术.结果：34例随访3～30个月,28例肾积水明显减轻（86%）.3例单纯行纤维索带松解或异位血管切断的患者,因肾积水术无明显变化,采取Anderson-Hynes术式而治愈.结论：治疗UPJ0的首选术式是Anderson-Hynes肾孟成形术.
