健康教育对城市妇女饮食习惯的干预研究

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对40一50岁城市妇女饮食习惯影响的效果。方法:采用系统抽样的方法选取160名40—50岁成年妇女作为研究对象,采用自制问卷在健康教育前进行基线调查,运用行为分阶段转变理论对其进行健康教育,在健康教育3月后对同一对象进行第二次问卷调查。结果:健康教育后,研究对象的合理膳食知识明显增加(P〈0.01),动物类脂肪摄入者、腌制食品撮入者、高盐饮食者、牛奶摄入较少者在行为转变各阶段的分布发生明显改变(P〈0.05);水果、蔬菜摄入较少者在行为转变各阶段的分布未发生明显改变(P〉0.05)。结论:根据研究对象所处的不同阶段采取不同的健康教育方法和措施,可以有效地改变研究对象的不良饮食习惯,提高健康教育的效果。 Objective: Discusses the health education to 40--50 year old of city woman diet custom influence effect. The method uses the systematic sampling the method to select 160 40--50 year old of grown--up woman to take the object of study,uses the self--made questionnaire to carry on the baseline investigation before the health education,carries on the health education using the behavior minute stage transformation theory to it,carries on the second questionnaire survey after health education in March to the identical object. After the result health education,the object of study rea- sonable meals knowledge increases obviously (P^0.01) ,animal lipoid intaking,salt system food intaking,the high salty diet,the milk take in few to transform various stages in the behavior the distribution to have the obvious change (P〈0.05) The fruit,the vegetables take in few to transform various stages in the behavior the distribution not to have the obvious change (P〈0.05). The conclusion basis object of study locates the different stage adopts the different health education method and the measure, may change the object of study effectively not the good diet custom,enhances the health education the effect.
