血清β-HCG对男性膀胱癌患者性激素水平的影响

目的：探讨膀胱癌组织异位分泌β-HCG对男性患者血清性激素水平的影响.方法：用放免法,对38例男性膀胱癌患者血清中的β-HCG和性激素包括睾酮（T）、孕酮（P）和雌二醇（E2）水平进行了同步测定.结果：在β-HCG阳性的12例患者的17次检测中,β-HCG与T呈正相关r=0.7191（P〈0.01）,与E2为负相关r=-0.776（P〈0.01）,与P无直线相关关系（P〉0.05）.术前将患者分为β-HCG阳性组和阴性组,阳性组的T水平显著高于阴性组（P〈0.01）,而E2和P水平显著低于阴性组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.结论：膀胱癌组织分泌的β-HCG,通过性激素途径对患者的抗瘤机制有负面影响.
