目的：分析AECOPD合并发低钠血症对患者的影响 方法：收集我院2009年至今老年精神二科收治的AECOPD并发低钠血症患者19例,根据患者血钠高低分为120-134mmol/L组、110-119 mmol/L组以及〈110mmol/L组,分析不同低钠程度的数量和患者出现精神症状比率的关系,以及三者的死亡率之间的关系 结果：患者出现精神症状者总计9例,占47.4%,不同程度低钠血症患者间精神症状出现率轻度〈中度〈重度,经治疗后有5例患者死亡,占总入选病例数的26.3%,三种不同程度低钠血症患者间死亡率,轻度〈中度〈重度 结论：对于AECOPD患者及时诊断和治疗低钠血症,能有效提高患者生存率,改善患者住院期间的精神症状,值得临床医师重视.
