推拿配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

腰椎间盘突出症，是腰腿痛的常见原因之一。推拿手法治疗是目前保守疗法中重要的治疗方法。绝大多数的腰椎间盘突出患者经推拿手法治疗后，症状缓解或消失。而传统中药热敷疗法也是治疗腰突症较为有效的非手术疗法。笔者试将两种方法配合运用，经与对照组比较疗效甚为满意，现报告如下。
