米非司酮在钳刮术中应用610例临床分析

孕9～12周要求终止妊娠的妇女，以往多用钳刮术，但术后副反应和出血量较多。近年来广泛采用米非司酮作为早孕的流产药物，其效虽好，但用药流产后仍有子宫出血时间过长及过多的副作用。作者通过对610例服务对象进行实验，现对比分析如下。
